We appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen. Please kindly provide 24 hours' notice should you no longer be available for your appointment. First-time late cancellations will be prompted to reschedule your call with us at a later date if you wish. In the event that no-show or late cancellation occurs you will unfortunately loose this valuable bonus.
